Einstein famously said, “Everything is energy, and that’s all there is to it.”
Through my work with energy healing, I’ve discovered the deep truth of Einstein’s quote. More specifically, I’ve learned that Universal Healing Energy flows through all things. It flows through all beings. It’s a powerful life force. It’s a healing force and it’s everywhere and available to everyone. It is the universe’s natural counterbalance entropy and decay.
People often ask, how can I tap into Universal Healing Energy? Or, more simply, they ask, how can I feel better?
While it’s true that I can help people clear blocked energy and get good energy flowing – that’s what I do as an energy healer. I also teach clients to better manage their own energy.
Here is the framework I use personally and recommend to others. Intuitively, we know most of this:
Focus on the positive aspects of life.
It’s a choice we all make. We all have good and bad aspects of our life. Try to focus on the positive aspects. Make a list. Write down the good things – things you’re grateful for. Study your thinking. Become aware of how your mind shifts toward negative aspects and train yourself toward positivity. It takes work, but it can be done.
Mediate and pray daily.
Use whichever method works best for you. This practice has saved me, and I highly recommend practicing one or both! There are plenty of apps and methods to help with this. Look around, experiment, and find one that helps you!
Feel good and focus on that emotion.
Emotions are a barometer and help us stay on the right track. Emotions are our internal guidance system. Do things that make you feel good. Think thoughts that make you smile and laugh. Move toward people you like and make you feel happy.
Shift attention away from negative news, bad attitudes, and toxic people.
Daily, we’re barraged by negativity. Bad news leaks into all aspects of our life. Limit TV time. Screen social media. Avoid toxic people. Become aware of the myriad ways that negativity handicaps us.
Change is good. This is hard one because we all carry around negative baggage. We cling, we grasp, we hold on. It’s what we do as humans – we resist change. I remember, when my daughters were growing up, either directly or indirectly, I probably watched, ‘The Lion King’ movie about a hundred times. I’ll never forget when Rafiki said, “Change is good.” And then he told Simba, “Oh yes, the past can hurt. But from the way I see it, you can either run from it or learn from it.” It’s true, change is hard but necessary. The past is past, leave it behind.
